The church has existed in one form or another in Auburn since 1996, and most recently shared space with Auburn Seventh-day Adventist Church, but this Sunday will be the first time the congregation meets in its own worship center.

“If I could leap for joy gracefully, I’d leap,” said Pastor Gene Maynard. “This church has been here 12 years and we’ve never really had our own space. It is a real sense of joy.”
